Terms of Use (EULA) - IPTV Smart Player plus

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using IPTV Smart Player plus ("Application"), developed by Elmaallem Salah Eddine, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Application.

2. Media Disclaimer & Content Responsibility

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: IPTV Smart Player plus is purely a media player container software. The Application does NOT supply, host, bundle, or sell any TV channels, broadcasts, playlists, or video content.

Users are solely responsible for importing their own legally acquired playlists (M3U / Xtream Codes API).
IPTV Smart Player plus has no affiliation with any third-party content providers, IPTV service sellers, or stream hosts.
We strictly prohibit the use of our Application for playing unauthorized copyrighted material. We do not endorse or condone illegal streaming.

3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (Apple Guideline 3.1.2)

IPTV Smart Player plus offers optional auto-renewable Pro Subscriptions unlocking premium features (such as 4K playback, hardware acceleration, multi-playlist sync, and advanced EPG guides):

• Monthly Pro Plan: $1.99 / month (Auto-renewing monthly).

• Yearly Pro Plan: $9.99 / year (Auto-renewing annually - SAVE 58%).

• Payment: Charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.

• Auto-Renewal Notice: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off or cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Renewal Billing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.

• Cancellation & Management: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions anytime by opening your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

• Restoration: Existing purchases can be restored anytime on any compatible device using the "Restore Purchases" button in the app.

4. License Grant & Restrictions

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use IPTV Smart Player plus on your Apple iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and Apple TV devices in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.

5. Cloud Storage, User Data & Account Deletion

To deliver playlist synchronization, subscription validation, and custom user preferences across app launches, resets, and reinstalls:

A persistent hardware/client UUID (Unique Device Identifier) is generated and associated with your app session.
Cloud Synchronization: Your imported playlists and favorite items (channels, movies, series) are securely stored in our cloud storage linked to your session UUID. This allows the app to remember and restore your data even after deleting, resetting, or reinstalling the Application. Playback history and app settings remain stored locally on your device.
Right to Erasure & Account Deletion: You may permanently delete your account at any time by selecting Profile Settings > Delete Account inside the app. This action triggers an immediate and permanent deletion of all your user records, playlists, and favorite data stored in our cloud databases, as well as clearing all local data on your device.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted playback, stream availability, or server uptime, as content delivery depends entirely on third-party server providers configured by the user.

In no event shall IPTV Smart Player plus or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Application.
